Volunteers are an integral part of all events – no matter how big or small.

 

If you’re not interested in participating, volunteering at our Multisport Challenge is a great way to get involved. There’s tons of details and logistics that go into successfully planning and executing this kind of event, so all extra hands are appreciated.


We look forward to getting to know some of the volunteers that make themselves available for the event.

Volunteers required for the following Duties:

 

General

First Aid

Communications

Traffic Controllers

 

Henry Kendall Reserve

Assist set up and break down staging area

Finish line – assist Time Keepers

Assist with sausage sizzle and drinks

 

Henry Kendall to Sailing Club

Marshall's to direct participants along Trail

 

Sailing Club

Assist to launch kayaks

Start Marshall

Check in participants

Assist when Kayaks return to sailing club to carry them to the  holding area

 

Herons Creek Vineyard staging area

Set up Marquees

Line out in numerical order participant’s bags (will arrive by support vessel)

Set up area to receive kayaks for short course

Assist participants and those that choose to come ashore with their kayaks

 

Vineyard to Wizard Car Park staging areas

Traffic Marshall

 

Wizard Car Park staging area

Assist where needed for the bike riders

Check in short course participants
